Cancellation Policy

Clients have the option to reschedule or cancel if done so at least 24 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, the card on file will be charged $50.

For no call/no shows, the card on file will be charged the full amount of the massage.

Booking Information

Clients will be received by appointment only.

Please arrive five minutes before your appointment time. The door to the office reads "Nulu Suites" and is located next to Tattoo Salvation. Text or call 502-830-9421 when you are here.

There is metered parking directly in front of the building. There is also free parking on Clay Street, the cross street of Market where we are located.

Please note: The office is not ADA accessible.
